Annual Greek Awards – Advanced Healthcare values character and integrity in our staff. At the end of each year, staff members vote for the employee who best demonstrates the qualities described below. Each winner receives a cash prize.

• “Areté”: the Greek word for virtue, excellence, or goodness. In the context of Advanced Healthcare, this is demonstrated by the employee who most exemplifies superior character, commitment and competency.
  
• "Philia”: the Greek word for brotherly love, friendship, and loyalty. In the context of Advanced Healthcare, this is demonstrated by the employee who most exemplifies superior cooperation, selflessness, and enriches the overall office environment with his or her spirit of helpfulness.
• "Diakonos”: the Greek word for servant.
